Lyndhurst Auto
Unwilling to repair vehicle

I just recently bought a 2006 A3 2.0T DSG from Lyndhurst Auto on the 31st of August 2013, i took the car for a drive up to Tzaneen for the long weekend on the 20th of September 2013, not even 280Km out of JHB the gear lights on the dash board started flashing and the car went into limp mode, i managed to pull over and stop the car, at this point i phoned the closest Audi dealership which was in Polokwane 20km away, got great service from them and managed to get my car to them. I had them check the car out and the following problems were found on the car:

Clutch slipping
Mechatronics on the DSG
Fuel Pump
Cam
Cam Belt

Total repair cost R62000-00

I Phoned the dealership where i bought the car from and they tell me they won't be paying for the repairs as there was nothing wrong with the car when they sold it to me, i do have a extended warranty that will pay for only R7500.

Now they have stated that they are only willing to pay for 30% of the Damages to the Mechatronics after the warranty has paid which equates to R5000-00 of the total bill which i am not accepting
