Monroe Shocks
Faulty shock

Ap 18 months ago i bought 2 rear Monroe shocks for my 2005 Vw Caravelle. The vechicle has covered 14000km
after fitment. On shock started leaking oil. I took it back to C F spares in Bloemfontein where i bought it.
Wayne asked for a rep from Monroe to inspect the shock for a claim. It has been more that 4 weeks ago, and stil no rep. In meantime i had to buy 2 new shocks as i needed the vechicle.

I think more than four weeks to get hold of a rep is far to long. With oil dripping from the shock what more is needed to prove it faulty.
I have been in the motor trade for more that 30 years, and surely would know how to fit 2 simple rear shocks
