I took my car in for a service and was advised that I would need new rear shock absorbers, which I agreed to. When I fetched the car, it was making a new noise at the rear left wheel. I took it back and they adjusted it and said that it was the mounting of the shock absorber. After a week it was still making a noise. I took it to jody's tyres and they tested the car and found the rear shock absorbers to be faulty. I communicated this to technocar who responded by saying that Jody's machines were faulty. I then took it to the AA who confirmed that the rear shock absorber is faulty. Technocar refuses to give me a refund or replace the shock absorber.
