Waiting almost 3 months for a GL500 shock

Since beginning November 2012, we have been waiting for a shock from Mercedes Benz SA. It is a very expensive hydraulic shock and according to the workshop in Worcester, they have to give a certain code for Parts Head Office before they can order it. Since November, a second shock has also broken. My husband at the time said that they should replace all 4 shocks, because it works in conjunction with each other. We have phoned and mailed countless times and spoken to so many people, but we get no real answers or someone that is prepared to walk the extra mile to get us what we need to repair our car. I drive the car everyday, have 3 small kids, all under the age of 5 and feel the GL is unsafe on the road because of its faulty shocks.
