What you should know about Audi Centre Northcliff. What you don't see happening behind the scenes would shock you, but you should know the honest truth. Audi Northcliff has a tremendous amount of incompetent staff, who actually could not care about you or the service you are receiving. When it comes to booking - I would consider you extremely lucky if they call you back at all much less in a timely fashion! The person responsible for making the bookings (Charlene) would put her phone on MUTE so she would not hear it ring and would not answer it. When you take a name and number to return the call - you should know that ain't going to happen. Days after people would still call complaining that they have never been contacted. When you call for a report on your service the service adviser would say "I'm not taking calls". The managers never return a call NEITHER the Dealer Principal (Steven Louwth) to them everything is a joke. Nothing gets done NO MATTER the urgency. Management would sit around talking about s$x rather then attending to a problem. I'm sorry to tell you but it is a circus from the very bottom all the way to the very top. You are better of going to another branch!
