On the 19/12/2012, I took my car in for its 200000km service at Audi NorthCliff. A week later, whilst on holiday, the gearbox indicator on the dashboard started flashing on/off. Upon my return to work, I took the car back in to Audi & explained the problem. It was put through diagnostics & the report came back & said that the gearbox control unit needs to be replaced.
Trusting their expertise, I booked the car in for repairs. It has been there since 24 February 2013 to date.
To my surprise, frustration and anger, it is still not fixed & have no clue whats wrong it. They're playing a trial & error at my cost, 3 days ago, it now had intermittent problem. Their labour costs keep piling up but they cannot figure out whats wrong with my car & yet they expect me to bear the full brunt of this. I consistently have to chase them for update, & they don't have the decency to give me a call or follow up on their words "we will call you back".
At the least, 1. I expect them to fix my car once and for all, 2. Stop playing trial & error at my expenses, 3. If you don't know what you're doing, be honest with me & allow me to make a decision, 4. I need my car back, fixed at no additional cost
