WILL NOT BUY BMW AGAIN GOOD CAR BUT BAD SERVICE

I left my BMW at SMG Durban for a service on the Friday morning and told them to call when completed, but did not receive a call. It was too late so I left it for Saturday. When I got there the car was brought out and it was filthy and the BMW emblem was missing. When I asked where was the emblem nobody knew. I really feel that the service at SMG is very poor. I had to attend a wedding and drive the groom to the wedding in the car, but the car looked like so I just left it there. This spoiled my whole weekend. If I am not allowed to move me maintenance plan to a different branch I will sell the BMW. Prior to owning the BMW I had an AUDI.I will go back to Audi because the service and customer care is 100 % better than BMW. VERY VERY VERY POOR customer service.
