I am in the market for a new vehicle and visited Renault in Retreat. I got excellent service from the salesman Rudi but my problems started with the finance department. At first Marius who deals with the finance was very helpful but then the bad service started. I had to get surety papers from my investment company to assist me with my finance. Since yesterday afternoon I have left numerous messages for him to call me but to no avail. My email do not answered either. Marius last communication with me was that the bank was offline yesterday and they could not process finance applications. This evening I left a message for the branch manager to call me, that was ignored as well. When I di get through to Marius yesterday morning, it was always the case that he just got off the phone with the bank or he was just about to call me. So what do I do now - take my business to another branch or do I go for another brand as I am sure that they must be needing business. I will not recommend Renault in Retreat to anyone.
