Bad response to customers

Applied for car finance on a friday, monday got called by renault saying it was declined and they asked if I had someone I could have sign the application in their name and that they would give me time to do that, wednesday morning at 10am I received a call saying that my application needs to be in that same day by 12pm or they letting someone else take the car, which is shocking as I was the first customer in line for the vehicle and was still in the process of applying!! Secondly I have tried to get hold of the salesman that dealt with me (won't say he helped me) on whether other cars have come in and he hasn't bothered replying to me once!! Shocking and I will NEVER use RENAULT NORTHCLIFF again or refer them to anyone
