I just want to tell you about the excellent service I received from Rudi Hadskins from Renault Tokai!!
I applied for a Renault Clio 4 Expression at Renault Tygervally, after 1 month they phoned me to say i'm approved (terrible feedback) however I must wait another 3 months for my car as it was out of stock and high in demand.
I then went through to Renault PTA (WonderWaters) where I received excellent service from De Wet Fourie, he then ordered my car and I was waiting... then no feedback received and so I phoned the branch manager who then confirmed my car arrived but they "accidently" ordered the wrong color, I felt like cancelling the deal but ended up phoning another branch just to check on stock. This happened to be Tokai Branch.
The same day I got approved which was on a Monday, every day I got numerous calls from Rudi to inform me of any progress until the day the car arrived! He then went out of his way to assist me and give me the best possible service you can ask for and phoned me the Thursday (Approved the Monday) to tell me I can collect my brand new car on Friday (next day)
Best service I have ever received!!
