3 weeks ago my car (not a Renault I may add) burnt out on the road, the next day one of our staff members arranged a test drive for me from Tokai Renault not only was the car superb, address and exceed my needs and expectations the whole team at Tokai Renault have done the same always friendly, willing to assist with queries and requests. The whole team are super stars, I took delivery of my vehicle yesterday have already received a courtesy call and email. Everyone in the dealership were always friendly and would greet or offer assistance whenever I walk in which made such a difference and impact on me, I can assure you I will not hesitate to recommend you to friends and colleagues and look forward to dealing with the Tokai Renault branch in the future. Well done Zoe, Bertus, Marius and the rest of the Tokai team. Thank you for making one feel so special and exceeding my expectations.
