About an hour ago, I was at a red traffic light on Waterkant Street in Cape Town, waiting to turn left into Loop Street, with one of your employees in a Budget car behind me. As soon as the traffic light went green, the pedestrian light went green as well, so I correctly continued waiting to allow the crowd of waiting pedestrians to cross. Almost immediately, your employee started hooting at me, and didn't stop until the pedestrians had crossed, and I was able to move off.

Might I suggest that you give your cowboys a lesson in basic traffic rules, as well as common courtesy? At the moment I feel like never considering Budget for future car rentals, because of this ridiculously rude behaviour.
