I do not understand the that are reported by quest meters as far as billing and delivery of accounts is concerned. When I made a phone call today to enquire about my account not being delivered the man insisted that he was there personally when this was done. I stay alone in the complex, with my geyser that is on 2 days in 7 days and a stove used once a day together with the TV. How can electricity be of upto R2000.00. It is a FACT, my account was never hand delivered to my door way and they do not take monthly meter reading they ESTIMATE. I have 3 months CCTV recording to prove it. Whoever is interested in taking them to COURT please count me in. The more of the complaints the better the case will be.
