WRONGFULL DISCONNECTION AND EXTREMELY RUDE

On 29 April I advised Quest Meters that I received a Final Demand form the City of Tshwane for the account being in arrears even though my account was paid up to date each and every month. Thinking that it might be the previous tenant who fell behind on the account, as we only recently moved in, I immediately forwarded the document onto Quest Meters for Attention Dustin Bye - it's been 2 months and still no respond or reply!!!

Now for you who don't know - Quest Meters is a family ran company by Cornie, Sarie and their son Dustin Bye.

Today on the 4th of June my electricity was cut! And can you believe it - they have the audacity to blame a power outage in a completely different suburb!!! How can it be a power failure if we are 4 properties on teh same Erf (rezoned), but it's only my power that's off - teh other 3 houses are all on.

When I phoned CoT I was informed that my area is not at all affected by a power outage.

When trying to take this up with Quest Meters and trying or 6 hours to get them to sort out whatever the problem is, I get shouted att, sweared at and the phone gets thrown down in my ear.

This problem was logged @ 06:00am - it's now 14:28!!! NO POWER!!!
