After two years of being a tenant, the sudden influx in my electricity bill is nothing but a shocker. The utter disrespect, lack of empathy or a decent explanation from the Meter company is the cherry on top. In a residence with 2 adults and one child, no helper, both adults that work full day a bill that moves from an average of R600 to R1900 is astronomical and down right alarming. The attitude and shrugs i got from Quest were out of this world. I was told its not their problem and I HAVE TO PAY a call out fee for someone to check if THEIR meter has a problem or not. i love my place of residence but WILL move out ASAP to avoid any kind of contact with Quest.
