I took in my car to the Glen on 04/12/2013 due to a mecahnical fault, VW technicians can't diagnose the problem, they can't fix the fault and they don't care. I have been without a car for 2weeks now, no courtesy vehicle has been provided to me and no one keeps me in the loop regarding the progress of the vehicle, each time I call I am fed stories now I was told to call VW custumer care and they will assist me, how? I don't know and VW the glen also doesn't know.in this rainy wet weather I need to gt wet and wait in loong ques in taxi ranks while I have a car, my is NEW its not even due for service however it is already giving me problems, #disapointed 4days
