3rd time my vehicle has been in for the exact same repairs, been told that the part needed for the vehicle is coming from "Germany" yet the same problems transpire the same day i was told the vehicle has been fixed, after being promised by the MD of VW SA's office that my vehicle would be returned factory spec but this was a LIE! this problem has been ongoing for the past 5 months and i have not had my vehicle for the past month yet i am still paying R6500 for my instalments for a vehicle that i am not even driving, but it just seems VW does not care as there a millions of VW vehicles sold annually so who am i??? this is utterly unacceptable and my novelty on this vehicle has worn out completely i do not want this car any longer!! and i do not want anyone from VW to call me and apologise for all the inconvenience, i want a solution to this as i have been promised 3 times that my car will be fix and still nothing!!! VW can keep my car!!!
