Bmw Auto Glen has the worst possible aftersales
i purchased a brand new 320i M Sport 2013, the car hand a couple of FACTORY fitted Faults, i am aware that a brand new vehicle should not give you problems within a week, bmw auto glen wanted to repair a brand new vehicle (whats the point of buying a brand new car) i approached them and made known that i would be bringing my car in for a check up so that they me see the faults, i told them that my car should not be repaired without my knowledge however their rude service advisor adjusted the doors and was ordering a replacement bonnet for my brand new car! i contacted bmw sa and had a meeting with them my request was a replacement vehicle and much to my dismay if need be compensation.after being ok with my terms they then found a way out of it and insisted that my car be repaired!
