Clearly Auto Atlantic have a big problem as I am not alone in experiencing very poor customer service from them. My Mini has been to them 4 times over the past month with the same problem -which they say they have now fixed (we shall see). The fact that we live 50km out of Cape Town and are busy local doctors has meant that this experence has been extremely frustrating and irritating. At no stage have AA offered us a courtesy car, despite them having the car for days at a time (currently they have had it for a week!). But most frustrating is the lack of an apology and complete lack of feedback from Rashaad and management as to what is going on. I have to make repeated calls to them - which often leave me waiting on the phone for ages and regularly get cutoff. Compared to my other car service (Audi and Honda) Auto Atlantic are pathetic. I have traded the Mini in for an Audi A1 - not because I don't like the car, but pushed away by poor service and attitude.
