I reported the matter to Hello-peter on the 7th of Dec, since that day I'm phoning Engine H/O customer services but nothing has been done, they have not done the investigation on this matter they refuse to show me the video footage where the petrol attendant was assisting me. The owner of the garage refused to send a written response to me stating that they not going to fix my car, the owner was arrogant to me and using harsh words and told me he is not going pay may car and he put te phone down. Till today Engine H/O has done nothing on this matter, they keep on promising to come back to me but nothing is happening. I want the investigation report that they did and the video footage and the letter stating that they don't want to fix my car.
