I purchased my Renault Clio IV in July 2013 and had to wait till September to get my car but all that was fine and worth the wait till someone broke into my car and damaged my back window and when I called them, there is nowhere in South Africa were they can get the window... The insensitive consultant told me that I might get the window next year and how am I suppose to drive that car... Not even the courteous to try make efforts for a replacement... Why let a car come to the market if you don't have spare parts?? In the next month how am I suppose to travel?? Such a bad service and being uncaring for customers.. Before one buys a car they can go an extra mile but now that I have purchased the car no one cares where will I find a window!!! I wish I could have went for a different brand!!!
