I arrive at outlet at about 21:05 then they where closing they suggest that i must go for drive through, then i call my order, next window i pay, the problem started where i was suppose to collect my food i wait for a long time somebody sitting on that side of the wiindow not even checking if is any person for service on that window, after couple minutes onother waiter see me and alert her, what bothers me worse is that the time when she open the window she ask what did i order then i told her that im no longer interseted with their service and food and i want my money back the she said there is no refund then i left the food with her.
