RENAULT AFTER SALES SERVICE

My Renault Cabriolet was broken into and the rear right window was smashed. I went to PG Glass to have it replaced and they in turn needed to order this from the Renault dealer DTM Helderberg. Believe it or not there was not window available in the country and DTM had to order this from France. This took place on 30 Jul 2013. Initially I was told that it would take 15 Days It is now 25 August and still no replacement has arrived. Why should I have to wait for almost a month in this modern world when there are planes to and from Europe on a daily basis. I have contacted DTM on 4 occasions now and still they cannot tell me when the glass will arrive. Pathetic. Renault after sales service.
