We bought my daughter a second mini 2011 country man in September 2013. Today 3 months later, the clutch went on the car whilst my daughter was driving it. The car is on motor plan. BMW took over an hour to get to my daughter to collect the car. The response from Autoatlantic as to why the clutch went was that it happens "when you drive uphill so does that mean you can only drive Mini's on the flat. My daughter is self employed and needs her car to do her job . when asked if a courtesy car could be provided we were told that only purchasers of new cars could have this service. They do not have the parts in stock and so the car will take over a week to fix leaving my daughter with no income for over a week. Funny how when a dealership wants your sale they chase and faun over you. When there are problems it is as though the customer is invisible!!! Last time we will be buying from this unaccomodating, non customer centric dealership run by a rude dealer principal.
