Worst service ever and dishonest

My daughter purchased a BMW 1 series from Manhatten Motors in August. She has since never received a spare key, service book or license disc which was promised to her. She has made numerous calls to the company where she has been fed one after another. Finally today someone says that there is no key or service e book and these two items are costly to replace. WE have no idea wen is the next service due on this vehicle and the insurance has told us we run a risk of not being paid out insurance claims if we only have one key. This deal was bad from the start. even in terms of them giving her no trade in value for her new figo they just settled the bank.
