I purchased a VW amarok from EJX Auto and from the word go my salesman Kyle was to the point and direct and within a week I had my bakkie with the extra's i required. Finance was arranged on site through the reputable channels and I even had the option to sign online at home.
The day I collected we all realized the bakkie had an aircon fault. It seemed to be working and stopped 10min down the line. I immediately took it back to Kyle, he sent me to their aircon specialist and he found the fault within 30min. EJX went even further and made sure it is the right diagnostic and sent it for a second opinion after wich they had the compressor repaired.
As time went by we unfortunately lost a day and Rudi offered me a loan car, which I suppose he didn't have to do, for the day as the delay was on them thus allowing me to about my normal run of the mill routine.
I would like to find the chaps at Ejx Auto for their service and great back and especially Kyle and Rudi for their prompt service and great back up service.
I will gladly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Rudi and his professional sales man and Ejx and my first choice will be Kyle to put me behind the wheels I want.
