No After Service

We bought a car from Manhattan Motors in Pretoria June 2013. First we had problems with the dealer not settling the car that we traded in. They only settled the car about a month after the transaction after threats from Absa bank and many phone calls from me. We eventually had to go to the dealer to sort out that problem. We then made numerous phone calls to inform the dealer of problems on the car that we purchased from them. I took the vehicle in on 30 July and informed them again of the problems. On the 2nd of August I phoned to follow up on the progress of the repairs. They are not honest as they told me they could not find any real problem on the car but they will still take it for testing. The following week I phoned numerous times again and they had more stories. The mechanic named Sarel told me that they tested everything and they only need to replace the front shock absorbers but he has to wait for the owner to authorize it but the owner is not available. After almost two weeks I received the car back and nothing has been done. Needless to say we took the car back and it is 7 WEEKS later today and still they didn't even start with repairs but we pay for it every month.
