My Nissan Qasqua was first serviced over a month ago I was assisted by Anel and I advised them that I have a full maintenance plan, the service was completed without and issue being mentioned. The vehicle diesel consumption was 200km more per full tank of diesel.

After Phoning Nissan woodmead yesterday and being helped by a unprofessional man, booking my car in for today the job card was not there when my car was booked in this morning Anel assist. Anel informed of the issue and that this should have been done with the service and would have been advise to me which didn't happen. After all of this they are unable to get the maintenance plan detail for the car. After all of this I won't recommend Nissan Mccarthy to anyone.
