Service not covered by Service Plan???!!!

I was told my Navara will not be covered by the service plan as there is no service plan on the vehicle.
ALL Nissan vehicles come with a standard service plan for 90 000km / 3 years, my vehicle was purchased on the 10 / 15 Jan 2010, currently it has 85000km on the clock and today is the 23rd Jan. There is a 1500km / 1 month grace period for the servicing so my vehicle is still covered.
Please sort this out ASAP - this is my first Nissan I have purchased, please don't let the experience be a bad one!
