Pathetic service

I have been a client at Nissan Woodmead for almost 5 years. I own a Tiida and Almera. I take them both for service at this dealership.
1. Almost a month ago a 60k km service was done on the Tiida. Upon collection of the car I was told the car has got a service plan & I don't have to pay. I paid cash for the 45k km service. I bought the car at 30k km and my first service on the car was 45k km. I requested a refund for the cash amount I paid for the 45k km service & I have since been given a run around. My service rep was Anel. She admitted that it was her mistake as she was new in the job & didn't know how to process Avis service plan claims. I have done many follow ups and she is not interested to resolve my complaint.
2. Two weeks ago I booked the Almera for 150k km service & requested that the cooling system be inspected. The car spend 4 days in the workshop. Brian told me they unblocked the radiator & tested the car and it is fine. I drove the car home last Thursday & after 10 km it started overheating. My car is still not well & I have already spent money for all this repairs.
3. Adelaide at head office wasn't helpful when I contacted her for help.
