I sent an email to Ferdi on 2/12/2013 together with a summary of the servicing etc to my KIA. To Date
i have not received a response.
I took my car to KIA after being advised that my clutch and power plates needed to be replaced. This lead from those repairs being done to replacing the petrol filter and spark plugs. Eventually after getting my car back from them it was not going very well, (my frequent discussions with them to take my car for a test drive seemed to fall on deaf ears).
I was coming home from work and called them as the car seemed to be getting very hot and was not pulling. I eventually broke down, we towed the car to KIA, to be told the exhaust system needed to be replace - which would be cheaper to get it sorted out at an exhaust shop.
I called All Star mechanics who kindly went and fetched the car and checked it out for me. Their findings were that the coil clip had not been replaced!
Did KIA not bother to check this - I think not. I feel that the costs could have been a lot less than they were!
Its shocking that KIA Roodepoort did not even have the decenticy to call or email me back.
Things do not just go wrong, from clutch to exhaust system!!
