Mark Ram is a artist. He rents cars to people and then does not return the deposit to them. This has happened to many people, just Google it. BE WARNED! You will NOT get your deposit back from this guy, don't trust him!
My suspicions are that he simply uses the deposit then makes something up because he cant pay.
