Following my complaint regarding disappointing service, Honda Vaal contacted me. Yusuf, the Dealer Principal, took personal care of my complaint. A courtesy vehicle was delivered to my place of work and all the faults on my car rectified the same day. Just one of the reason why I will stay a loyal Honda customer for years to come.
