Poor Service and Lack of Communication

I have taken my car to audi johannesburg for a 15 000 service on the 8/11/2013.
i didnt even get the service invoice from the guys servcing my car, i dont even have an idea in terms of what has been serviced and how much did the service cost.
i have asked the service guys to fix my hooter, to date m still waiting it's been 4 weeks still waiting.
no feedback, no call, nothing from the dealer and i cannot use my resources and funds to call the dealer daily.
