Shocking Service

This is the third time I have been forced to take my vehicles to Hofbro by different Insurance Companies and had extremely bad service and attitude and also very poor workmanship. I cannot get through on the telephone number to arrange to get my vehicle back as I am not prepared to continue working with them. This time my vehicle has been with them for 3 weeks for a minor damage repair of about R 7500-00 and they still dont have the Parts. I insisted that they have the parts before I take my vehicle to them which they confirmed and on my arrival when I asked if they had the spares I was treated to an extremely bad attitude and eventually shown a document that indicated that the parts were on site, this was all a as they still do not have the parts, This is a bussiness vehicle and I have been without transport and the insurance companies also were not enthusiastic to followed up on my complaints.
