Lady was very very rude. They didn't know what was going on in their own company. They were all giving me different stories and don't ever get back to you as they promise to do. You have to keep phoning every 10minutes and wait forever to speak to someone. Wouldn't recommend this courier company. Would rather stick to DHL where you get world class service
