My bakkie has been with Brits Ford (012 252 3333) for two weeks.
The cambelt broke while we were driving.
Brits Ford replaced the parts and attempted to start the vehicle WITHOUT checking for damage to the valves. That to me is bare basic.
There were valves damage. And I hope the valves will eventually arrive today. Apparently FORD had no stock. Really?
Every time the foreman promises to phone, and he never does.
I need my vehicle.
If this is a Ford accredited dealership as they claim, Ford really needs to investigate on their skill level. Where in the world will you find people that only replace the cambelt and don't check for valve / engine damage. Pathetic. Two weeks and the vehicle is still not done. Even more pathetic.
