I bought a Hyundai Accent 2012 on the 28 june 2012. I was very specific with the detail of the contract when I spoke to Elmarie Swanepoel. I told her that I cannot afford any extra's on this vehicle. I told her exactly what I wanted and she agreed and I trusted her with my needs and wants and that is why I didn't hesitate to sign the contract. She didn't disclose the content of the contract and just told me to sign. Elmarie Swanepoel violated this trust I had in her. I later discovered that I had an extra policy in this contract that I didn't agree to. I also discovered other items that I didn't agree to, which adds up to quite a sum. When I tried to speak to HYUNDAI, they just plainly said to me that I signed the contract. THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BEHAVIOUR has cost me to pay much more for my vehicle than I should have. I TRUSTED HYUNDAI AND THEY FAILED ME AS A CUSTOMER. Hyundai now refuses to redo the contract that they misled me into.
