Unacceptably terrible service

My car has been at the lyndhurst auto melrose dealership for 2 days and I still cannot collect my car. The service department assured me that my car will be ready within a day (yesterday) as the problem experienced was previously inadequately repaired by the same dealership. The only solution offered was that i can collect my broken car and rebook it when i have the time to be without it. There has been minor contact with me regarding the problem and any process and i have been unable to get in contact with the service consultant (supposably due to the technicians not giving the service department feedback) and when I tried to find out what was actually happening I was put though to the same people continuously even after requesting to speak to the manager. This is the worst service I have ever had from BMW and I am seriously considering selling my car and warning others not to do business with BMW. What happened to the excellence that the BMW franchise prides themselves on!? Shocking!
