I took my car in for service and for a squeaky sound that came from the wheels, to be fixed, on the 23rd May 2013. The service was not completed on the day in question but only the following day, 24th May and no one bothered to give me a job card when I took delivery of the car, worse the car was not even cleaned and washed (Krish - consultant). A week later I noticed that the same sound was still there and there was new noise that now came from the engine after service! I tried to make a booking but could only get Tuesday 11th June, yesterday. I took the car there again (Riaan - Consultant). I called him a number of times to find out the progress only to receive a call from him around 13h00 that the car was not ready and will only get it the following day. Today the 12th, I called about 5 times and left messages, no one returned my calls until I decided to go there personally, Riaan is not at work today, referred to Melanie standing in for him. I was told that the car is not ready and will only receive it tomorrow. Not the first time this happens, Lyndhurst is the worse ever, they need to close that service dept., it and has destroyed all the love I have for BMWs!
