I would just like to bring to your attention, the complete lack of and total disinterest in customer service, that I receive from the Tata Middelburg branch.
My Tata Xenon bakkie went in for a service on the 28th October 2013, at this service I was told that " some parts have to be ordered" and that the bakkie should come back in two weeks time.
I took the bakkie back on the 11th November, when I went to collect the bakkie that afternoon, I was advised that that " some spares have to be ordered."
When I requested some feedback on the 14th of November instead of calling me back, the service advisor sent me a SMS stating that the parts were on back order and would take 14 working days.
On Wednesday the 27th November I again asked when the " spares " would arrive and was advised 14 working days.
During this time frame, I have requested the following from Tata Middelburg (Dealer principal, Service advisor and service assistant)
I wish to know what spares are on so called back order? (not too difficult to answer if they themselves know)
I wish to Know what date the spares will arrive at Tata Middelburg? ( modern courier companies can tell you exact co ordinates
