Dropped a car on the last week of October, never got any update via sms as promised, everytime when i call them no one have a clue whats happening to the car, paid them a visit twice first time we went around the whole yard looking for my car with the manager Charles he had no clue where to start looking for the car all we can see is the removed bumper. on the next visit (2weeks later) same thing happen looked for the car when we found it then they only let me know that its waiting for new authorization from insurance. waited for their call for 2weeks nothing till today. In between everytime when i call with my patience and politeness i get rude attitude and always a promise that we will call you back that never happened. Also on my last visit i have notice the discrimination of color in customers, while i was waiting to be assisted a white lady walk in with a similar problem like me and reception calls manager like she did when i arrived and manager walks in helps the white first and orders everyone around to find whats happening with her car. And i did not get such well it was a weird observation. If i had to pay for myself i would have taken my car somewhere else long ago.!
