I have been dealing with koketso since 15 november 2013. since it was my first time importing something i asked him ONE question about the custom code and he didn't even bother answering it. he instead just sent a generic reply that didnt help me at all.
i knew i wasn't going to get an answer so i just filled out your indemnity form.
on 21 november 2013 i get a call from someone asking for payment because koketso has sent the invoice. i told them i have received nothing from him. on 28 november i get a call from koketso who leaves a message asking for payment. i emailed him asking for proof of this "sent email" with the invoice. as i thought, there was nothing or any proof he had sent me it.
i don't think English is koketso first language, he doesn't understand it, answer questions, and about sending invoices. dealing with him is a nightmare. how can i pay for something if tnt doesn't send me an invoice? can someone else please deal with this and make sure the invoice is sent to me.
