Slow service and bad attitude

Im still waiting for an amended invoice on a consignment. I emailed Koketso early Tuesday and asked him to please confirm receipt of my emails. I am yet to have any response. He also got very impatient with me when i was trying to get his email. Your telephone line is so bad it is difficult hear anything.

I called in this morning at 830 and am still waiting for the invoice. In the meantime I cannot get my consignment.

Spoke to another Koketso in the cape town office and she did not want to help and said it is Midikoes file and he must doe it.

I also offered to come collect my consignment from your depot and pay at the same time, which i have done before, to which she said "no you cant" Dunno if that's your new policy or she is just being dificult.

This is a general lack of motivation amongst all your staff who deal with the public..

Please just email me the darn invoice so i can get my consignment.
