On the first weekend of November 2012 (3rd - 5th) I rented a vehicle and on return (5 Nov) the inspector points to a spot on the bumper so small that I had not noticed it before. Not even was it marked on the card I received at pre-inspection. I signed that I had nothing to do with it and that either it was there or was caused while I was away from the car.
All things aside it was a tiny mark of less than a cm in length. Two days later you take the entire amount put on hold. Must be a mistake I thought as you had not sent me the final invoice yet and I called customer service (8 Nov). Trebin tells me that he will follow up with claims department to refund my money.
Fri 9 Nov: No reply!
Tues 13 Nov: I call again and Michael promises to sort it out and send me my invoice.
Thu 22 Nov: I get an invoice, dated 21 Nov, showing I got smacked with a Liability and Admin fee of R4, 648.10. On the same day I send an email asking for proof of damages and proof of insurance claim and corresponding fixes. Four and a half thousand? For what?
7 Feb 2013: 3 months later. No reply!
15 Mar 2013. No reply!
Clearly I'm not worth being your customer.
