Service delievry incomplete!

Avis was due to contact me concerning my courtesy car pick up/delivery on Thursday 28 November but only eventually called me on the 29 November in the late afternoon. Upon calling me i was told that the time i had requested to have the car delivered to me was no longer available to me due to other bookings in the morning and i will have to wait until the afternoon to have my car delivered. I would have no way of getting to work as i need to deliver my car at the panel beaters at 9am and Avis can only deliver my courtesy car at 1pm in the afternoon. Bongani also called me at 16:50pm and when we realised that there was a problem and needed to call around to other Avis offices to find me a car, i was told that all offices close at 17:00pm. This upset me as i was put on the clock to have my problem resolved and told there is nothing else he can do when the offices are closed. calling a customer at closing time and then telling them their issue cant be resolved as they are knocking of was not the best thing the consultant could have done.

my problem is still not resolved, please may someone who can resolve my problem contact me
