I rented a car in october and returned it on 20 october 2013 its now 30 november and I have phoned them 4 times to ask where is my money each time they tell me to wait longer its not acceptable I have used a few other suppliers and they have returned cancelations and deposits within 3 days without problems and excuses I need to take action now any advice or help will be great. I have supplied them with my account number etc and they tell me there is no record on file I am Mark Mans
