Every time I rent a vehicle from Europecar, I struggle to get the deposit back into my account. I've rented the vehicle for 2 days, starting Monday and I returned the vehicle on Wednesday morning. Today is Saturday and I am still waiting for the deposit to be processed. This is un-acceptable.
I have to phone numerous times, and all I get is a run around. The one call centre agent tells me that the deposit will be in my account on Friday, and when you phone again another agent tells you it will take 72 hours.
I am waiting for Melissa Nzoyi to contact me, but l will not keep my hope up.
This is the last time I have rented a vehicle from Europe car, next time I will go back to trusted AVIS!!
