We needed to send blood samples to the USA urgently. this was for special DNA testing.
Blood last 7 days in a tube. thats all.
Fedex Came to pick up our blood sampls on The tuesday, we phoned on the thursday, and they said it was sitting in the office bacuse we didnt fill out a declaration. Wow, thanks for letting us know Fedex.
This is costing us R 4000 from the lab in the USA, that supposed to get out bloo d samples.
And today, thursday its still in your oficce, no one gets back to us, we get emails saying people will be back tomorrow at 4.
Not good, now we will have to do the whole process again because time is of no essice for Fedx.
