I needed document shipped to Lambertsbay, Brenda Seegal assured me it would be there within 24 hours. Needless to say its 5 days later, there has been no replies to any of emails... They took my money, the documents are gone and they apologise for their staff's incompetance.
Sorry Fedex, I need my money back and I want free delivery of my documents this time.
